Shipping policy

Processing Times

Our shipping department operates Mon-Fri, 9 AM–5 PM CST (holiday hours may differ). We are not in operation over weekends. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, but this may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, restocks, releases, or promotions.

The selected shipping method does not include processing times, it begins once the package has been handed off to USPS.  After fulfillment, your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

USPS Priority Mail are prioritized in our order queue, ensuring faster fulfillment, though orders are not guaranteed to be fulfilled same-day if placed after hours or late in the afternoon. 

End-of-Week & Weekend Orders

Orders placed late in the week (Friday or over the weekend) will typically ship the following week, depending on volume and stock availability. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

On Hold Orders 

We reserve the right to verify any orders validity, which can delay the processing time. Any order that needs to be verified will be placed on hold while we contact and await a response from the customer. If no response is received within a few business days, the order may be cancelled. 

 

Updating or Changing Orders

Adding or Removing Items

After the order is placed, we are unable to add or exchange items in your order. If you wish to remove an item before fulfillment, contact help@Highlandia.com for a refund on that item.

Address Updates (Processing/Unshipped Orders) 

Email help@highlandia.com with your order number (H-XXXXX) and full new address. We’ll do our best to update it, but cannot guarantee changes are seen before shipment.

Address Updates (Fulfilled/Shipped Orders) 

After shipment, we are unable to change the delivery address. If eligible, you can use USPS services such as:

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Processing Orders (Unshipped)

Unshipped orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated. If you wish to cancel your order prior to fulfillment, please reach out to customer service with your order number (H-XXXXX). 

Completed Orders (Shipped/Fulfilled)

Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled and refunds are not eligible.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated immediately back to the payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card provider may take 3–7 business days to post the funds. If not received within this window, we recommend contacting your financial institution directly.

 

Shipping Methods & Times

Shipping times vary based on your selected method, location, and package contents. Rates are determined by USPS and the weight of your order.

Available Methods (Estimated Delivery Times): 

  • USPS Ground Advantage - Processed in the order received; typically delivers within 2–8 business days after pickup (up to 10 days during peak volume).

  • USPS Priority Mail - Prioritized in our fulfillment queue; typically delivers within 1–5 business days after pickup.

  • Free Shipping - Orders over $99 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage.

Delivery estimates provided by USPS are not guaranteed and may shift as your package moves through their network. You can view current USPS delivery timeframes and delay information here:  USPS Delayed Packages FAQ 

Adult Signature (21+) - Packages containing inhalable devices require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. If unavailable to sign, you may request USPS Hold For Pickup or use USPS Package Intercept (fees may apply).

For the most accurate information regarding your shipments transit and/or delivery, please reach out to USPS or your local post office directly.  They can provide more insight than Highlandia’s  able to access through the standard tracking updates. 

Highlandia cannot guarantee delivery windows and is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. During peak seasons, storms, or labor shortages, carriers may experience extended transit times. For refund eligibility, please refer to our refund policy. 

 

Tracking & Delays

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

Didn’t receive your tracking? Check your spam or promotions folder, confirm your email address was entered correctly, add accounts@Highlandia.com to your safe sender list to ensure future emails arrive properly. If your email address was entered incorrectly, and you did not receive an order confirmation, please reach out to customer service at help@Highlandia.com for assistance in getting that updated.

Stay Informed on Your Package’s Delivery

Sign up for ‘Text & Email Updates’ directly through your tracking information, or sign up for  USPS Informed Delivery to monitor all incoming mail and packages to your address.  

USPS Tracking Updates

Tracking may not update in real-time. Packages often continue moving through the USPS network even if no new scans appear for several days—especially during peak seasons or weather delays. If your package seems “stuck” or hasn’t updated for 3–5 business days, we recommend allowing additional time or contacting USPS directly before assuming it’s lost.

At this time, USPS does not share any internal delivery details with Highlandia beyond what’s visible in the tracking link. Concerns regarding the delivery of your package must be addressed by directly contacting USPS or your local post office directly.

Lost Orders

At this time, USPS doesn’t share any internal delivery details with Highlandia beyond what’s available through the tracking link. Concerns regarding the delivery of your package must be addressed by directly contacting USPS or your local post office directly.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, it may have been scanned prematurely or is being held at your local post office. Packages typically arrive within a few days or have been recovered directly from the post office. In those cases, we always recommend reaching out to USPS or your local post office directly first. They often have additional delivery details not available through the standard tracking details and may be able to help locate or retrieve the package.

In the event that you haven't received your order within 10 business days of the expected delivery date and USPS is unable to assist,  we recommend submitting a missing mail search or initiating a claim.

 

Order Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to a missed signature or address error, you may choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method. 

  • Reshipment to an updated address.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Lifted Made maintains a policy of no refunds, exchanges, or returns; all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped.

Coupon Codes, Sales, & Promotions

In most cases, only one coupon code can be used per order and is one-time use, unless specified otherwise. Promotional discounts may be subject to different guidelines.

Highlandia Loyalty Rewards Codes

Highlandia loyalty rewards codes can not be combined with other discount codes. All Highlandia loyalty rewards codes, excluding free shipping, require minimum purchase amounts listed in the ‘Reward Rules’ upon redemption. Applying Coupons after Order Placement

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to apply additional codes or promotions retroactively. If your order is still processing, contact help@Highlandia.com, we can cancel it so you can re-place it using your code.

Expired Promotions

If a coupon or sale has ended before your order was placed, we cannot honor expired discounts.
